Positive Sum exists to help people who know what they're doing, do more good, with other good people. It's based on the simple premise that work that matters is work done in the service of others, and the world needs more of it.

Positive Sum was created by Rajesh Anandan, an impact entrepreneur and growth architect. He is the co-founder of Ultranauts Inc, an award winning engineering firm where the majority of teammates are neurodivergent. Named a FastCompany World Changing Idea, MIT SOLVE Challenge Winner and Interbrand Breakthrough Brand, Ultranauts reimagined how a company hires talent, manages teams and develops careers. A decade of operational research at Ultranauts led to the launch of Team-X AI, a collaborative intelligence system for stretched or struggling teams.

Rajesh is also the founder of Unicef Kid Power which launched the world's first Wearable-for-Good product and was named one of TIME’s 25 Best Inventions. He began his career in technology as a researcher at MIT and a program manager at Microsoft. He then delved into business as a consultant at Bain & Company, where he focused on business incubation and growth strategy for technology, media, financial services, healthcare and retail clients. For the past three decades, he has focused on social impact, including setting up and running Unicef Ventures, an incubator for self-sustaining tech-for-good ventures, mentoring and advising impact entrepreneurs and investors, and lecturing on social entrepreneurship at MIT.

Rajesh has a B.Sc. and M.Eng. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence, Systems Dynamics and Economics.
